  • Biometric / Access card data can be integrated to KServeHRMS. You can setup your own rules for Late hours, Early Exit, Day Patterns etc.
  • Powerful and flexible rule definitions for Late / Early Exit enables HR to maintain different rules for different employees.
  • It is combined with Employee Self Service in terms of Leave and Compensatory Off. So, many of the manual updation steps are avoided and saving a lot of time and effort
  • Powerful “Attendance Regularization” (Attendance Clear Process) process enables HR to clear the exceptional cases like the following:
    • In case there is no In/Out data for an employee for a day, the HR can mark it as Present / Weekly Off / Leave as the case may be
    • In case there is only one time (In/Out time) available for a day, the HR can still mark Present / Leave as the case may be
    • Shift Mismatch – deviation in employees’ in/out times when compared to the shift he/she is scheduled
    • No Shift – if shift is not scheduled for employee(s), it will be identified and notified
