Appraisal module in KServeHRMS is very easy to setup and execute. The flexible architecture enables you to create any number of appraisal templates and allocate to different groups of employees. The appraisal being executed can be tracked at any time by HR/Admin so that any delays in completing can be tracked. Moreover, HR has the authority to force close any appraisal that is not completed by the respective Employee/Supervisor(s).
Any number of two level KRAs can be set up in the system. While creating the appraisal KRAs and KPIs are mapped and weightage defined. You can also set up your own rating mechanism (terms) and define the overall system driven/suggested competence based on the score.
Reports can be generated to track the appraisal status as well as to view appraisal rating along with last drawn CTC.
