KServeHRMS consists of an operational training system with employee self-service. The administrator can create various training programs that are scheduled for the month/quarter/year. Employees can register for the training programs and participate. Training administrator can update the training attendance. Employees can give their feedback on the training.

Training Programs

Training Programs can be created in the system with Training Topic, Start Date, Faculty name, Last date for registration, etc.

Training Registration

Employees can register for the available training programs through employee self-service option

Training Attendance

The training attendance can be marked for those who have attended

Training Feedback

Employees can give their feedback on the training program that they have attended

View Training Programs

Shows a report on the Training Programs that have been created in the system with various information like the Training Topic, Faculty, Last Date for registration, etc.

View Training Feedback

The Training Feedback given by the employees will be available as a report here.
